So Peter Drucker said, “The foundation of an organization is not money or capital or technology. This is the knowledge and education (human capital), knowledge workers will be the year 2005 the largest group in the labor force.”

The emergence of a new complex situation made every organization has a knowledge management initiative to collect, conserve and utilize their knowledge with a systematic way. Updated every world organization now seeks to achieve the principles of knowledge management to their operations.

This relates to the use and development of organizational knowledge assets. Explicit knowledge is good knowledge or the knowledge secret. Referred to as explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of documentary knowledge or subjective knowledge is located in the minds of employees / scientists and so forth.
